By downloading or using Pick a Stick (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable App Store rules.
You may not misuse, disrupt, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or related services; use the App unlawfully; or copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The App may display advertisements supplied by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The App, including its software, game design, artwork, text, audio, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. The App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Your permission to use the App ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

本应用的软件、游戏设计、美术、文字、音频及商标等内容归我们或相关权利人所有，并受适用的知识产权法律保护。本协议不会向您转让任何所有权。
我们可能更新、变更、暂停或终止本应用的全部或部分内容。本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供；在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证服务始终不中断或完全无错误。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。本协议不排除依法不能排除的消费者权利或责任。
如果您严重违反本协议，您使用本应用的许可将终止。知识产权、免责声明、责任限制及其他依其性质应持续有效的条款在终止后仍然有效。
