This Privacy Policy explains how Pick a Stick (the “App”), provided by Zhao Dong (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information.
The App does not require an account. Game progress, settings, medals, and unlocked levels are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local gameplay data.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and other product interactions. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.
Where required, the App asks for applicable advertising privacy choices before requesting ads. If the App requests permission to track, iOS will show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may decline tracking and still play the game. You can also change applicable advertising privacy choices from the App's settings when that option is available, or manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.
The App is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising privacy and age-related settings are applied where required by law and platform rules.
We do not operate an account database for the App. Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or remove the App. Third-party providers retain and protect information according to their own policies.
Google and its partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.
